The Raspberry Pi Pico is the newest addition to the Raspberry Pi series of microcontroller units (MCUs). We're already thinking of creative ways to have fun with this new beginner-friendly MCU while the world awaits its arrival. Here are 15 examples of current projects from which we may get ideas for our forthcoming Raspberry Pi Pico Projects.
Features of the Raspberry Pi Pico
Some of you may be curious what the Raspberry Pi Foundation's newest MCU has to offer.
Simply said, the Pico has pretty much everything! It runs on the Raspberry Pi Foundation's own RP2040 microcontroller, which is a fairly versatile MCU with plenty of I/O peripherals including UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, and GPIO.
Arduino has also just published an official port of the Arduino Core for the RP2040, which means you'll be able to use the thousands of Arduino libraries and tutorials shortly!
Whichever of these Raspberry Pi Pico projects you choose to construct, you can rest assured that the Pico will not disappoint.
